- Thoroughly study tender documents, carry out risk analysis and suggest ways and means to mitigate the risk.
- Check and confirm the cost-estimate in the pre-bid stage.
- Arrange and monitor bid security and bank guarantees.
- Check and recommend project budget.
- Manage the overall cash flow for the project.
- Ensure and optimize profitability of orders.
- Install internal control system and internal audit system.
- MIS to bank, timely repayment of loans, timely redemption of bank guarantees, consortium meetings, etc
- Interact with the construction sites and have effective control over cost, materials and etc.
