Cuddalore Powergen Corporation Limited was incorporated on November 22, 1993, is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) developing of 2 × 660 MW coal based thermal power project at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.

The project is under development and currently undergoing the certification process, and upon completion of this effort, as well as commissioning on the power plant, will sell all of its power to TNEB on a take-or-pay basis

The company has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with TNEB during September 2006.
