BEWARE OF EMPLOYMENT FRAUD
It has been brought to our notice that some unscrupulous agencies/persons claiming to be part of the Human Resources team of our Company have been alluring prospective candidates with job openings in ourCompany.
The Modus Operandi of these persons is to contact the prospective candidates from various mobile numbers and email ids deceptively similar to the company id. They have also posted a fake advertisement in www.shine.com. These bogus agencies are reportedly issuing fake letters of appointment and claiming money from candidates as security deposit, reference fees etc.
The public are informed that the entire recruitment process for the Company is done by the Human Resources Department centrally for its offices/projects across the country, through a well-established selection process comprising of written tests and/or, personal interviews, pre-employmentmedical test etc. The Company or its staff do not solicit money from the candidates for release of appointment letters.
An organised job racket is involved in duping candidates in the name of offering job in the company and making illegal money out of it. The company has already initiated appropriate action for identification of such persons and taking criminal action against them.
The public are cautioned not to get duped by such calls and part with money or other considerations to such persons.
